Membership Fees.
1) You agree to a six (6) month membership, effective upon commencement of service. Fees shall be paid every six (6) months, in advance, to the PayPal account specified by PrettyPosies.com.
2) At the end of the each term, your membership will automatically renew for successive six (6) month periods indefinitely until canceled in writing. After the first 30 days a canceled account will be canceled before the next payment is due and no more billing will occur nor will any payment be refunded, even for unused portions.
Materials and Products.
1) You will provide PrettyPosies.com with material and data in a condition that is “server-ready”, which is in a form requiring no additional manipulation on the part of PrettyPosies.com. PrettyPosies.com shall make no effort to validate this information for content, correctness or usability.
2) Being a member of PrettyPosies.com requires a certain level of knowledge in the use of Internet languages, protocols, and software. You agree that you have the necessary knowledge to create your site, and that it is not responsibility of PrettyPosies.com to provide this knowledge.
3) PrettyPosies.com shall make no effort to edit, control, monitor or restrict the content of data passing through the network. PrettyPosies.com makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether expressed or implied for the service it is providing. PrettyPosies.com also disclaims any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose and will not be responsible for any damages that may be suffered by members, including loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries or service interruptions by any cause or errors or omissions on your part. Use of any information obtained by way of PrettyPosies.com is at your own risk, and PrettyPosies.com specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services. Connection speed represents the speed of a connection to and do not represent guarantees of available end to end bandwidth.
4) You may occupy only the amount of disk space on PrettyPosies.com’s server and utilize no more than the network bandwidth that is allotted to you. In the event you exceed such allotments, you will be asked to cut back on usage as necessary or pay for excess use.
Site Content.
1) PrettyPosies.com does not endorse any products or services. Commercial advertising in the form of banners, ads (including Google AdSense) or anything similar may not be added to your site at PrettyPosies.com. Exceptions may be made in the event of fully hosted domains (not mirrored domains) on second or third level hosting plans only.
2) Your site at PrettyPosies.com must be personal. You may promote your business or services through your site at PrettyPosies.com, but you may not directly sell or barter services or products through it. If, at any time, you would like to make an e-commerce site you must obtain your own domain and have it fully hosted at PrettyPosies.com on a second or third level hosting plan, or obtain your own webhosting account directly with Dreamhost Webhosting or any other host of your choosing.
3) The services provided by PrettyPosies.com is non-transferable. You may not sell or resell any service you obtain from PrettyPosies.com to any third party. You may not give your password or username to access the server at PrettyPosies.com for such purpose.
Appropriate Use of Services.
1) You may only use the services provided by PrettyPosies.com for lawful purpose. You will not distribute, electronically transmit or display any materials to PrettyPosies.com’s server that violate the laws of any country, federal, state or local authority and/or infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents or any other proprietary rights.
2) You may not use the services provided by PrettyPosies.com to promote racism, hate, discrimination, pornography or anything PrettyPosies.com may deem inappropriate or offensive.
3) There shall be no misuse or spamming of your addresses, announcement lists or discussion lists at PrettyPosies.com.
4) Your account username, password and other applicable information shall remain confidential at all times. You may not share your account username or password with any individual or entity in such a manner as to allow access to the PrettyPosies.com server without express permission of PrettyPosies.com.
5) You may not contract outside services for technical support, installation of web publishing software or any other type of similar activity, particularly if such activity requires that you share your account/ftp username or password or implies that access to the PrettyPosies.com server (i.e., allowing entrance to such third parties via your web publishing software) be given in any manner. Solely the account holder or PrettyPosies.com administrator shall have such access to the server. You may contract outside services for web design work provided such work is turned over to you so that you may upload it or place it onto your site yourself; at no time may such outside services imply that you provide your account/ username and password OR blog software username and password to any third parties.
Should you fail to comply the above obligations, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PrettyPosies.com and its owner from any and all expenses, losses, liabilities, damages or third party claims resulting from such failure to comply.
Termination.
If you wish to terminate services at any time and without cause, a written notice of 30 calendar days delivered by electronic mail is required before cancellation can take effect. PrettyPosies.com may terminate services in the same manner. Notwithstanding the above, PrettyPosies.com may immediately cancel your membership and close your sub-domain, without prior notice or penalty, in the event you fail to comply with any of the above terms and conditions, including non-payment. Upon cancellation in any of the aforesaid cases, your sub-domain and all content in your account will be immediately deleted, and PrettyPosies.com will not be held liable for losses of content.
PrettyPosies.com reserves the right to change these policies at any time.
